Xiamen Set Electronics is engaged in the R&D and production of thermal cutoffs and TMOVs. We have more than 100 models for you to choose from, with rated current ranging from 0.5A to 25A, and working temperature ranging from 65 to 187 C. Our thermal cutoffs have received UL, CUL, TUV, VDE, PSE and CCC certificates. We also produce Pb-free thermal cutoffs that follow requirements of the RoHS Directive and SONY (SS-00259).
New achievements in overheating protection of MOVs
We recently successfully developed a new MOV with built-in alloyed thermal cutoff (TMOV), which effectively guards against fire hazards caused by degradation and transient over-voltage of MOVs. Our TMOVs have patents in mainland China, Taiwan and internationally. We can design TMOVs with remote controls that are separate from their alarm circuits according to your requirements.
In-house testing lab
We have set up a standardized production system based on ISO 9001:2000 principles. In November 2001, our laboratory successfully passed UL examinations and was certified as the second Witnessed Test Data Program lab in the world in the thermal cutoff field.
